1 Introduction

Welcome to xoso66. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xoso66 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your registration, access, and use of the xoso66 online gaming platform accessible at xoso66.lat and any associated mobile or web applications.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the xoso66 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

xoso66 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account opened by a Player on the xoso66 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means funds credited to an Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required by xoso66 before processing withdrawal requests or as otherwise required.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia, used for all transactions on the platform.
• "Platform" means the xoso66 website, interfaces, software, tools, and all associated gaming services.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player via an accepted payment method (including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency).
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available in the Account settings.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be bet before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on xoso66, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be a natural person, not a corporate entity or automated system.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. xoso66 strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 21, consistent with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming in Malaysia and internationally licensed platforms.
3. You must be the legal owner of the payment method(s) used for deposits and withdrawals.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of xoso66 or any of its affiliated partners or game providers.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether via xoso66 or any other platform — that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
6. You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local laws.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the xoso66 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or fraudulently registered accounts is strictly prohibited. xoso66 reserves the right to merge or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void all associated transactions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify xoso66 promptly of any changes.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request — and at any other time xoso66 deems appropriate — you will be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or scan confirming ownership of the eWallet, bank account, or card used for deposits.

xoso66 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. xoso66 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on xoso66 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed in the cashier interface:

• DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — supported banks include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, AmBank, and others
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (Tether)

Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations being reached.

Withdrawals for fully verified accounts processed via DuitNow are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. All withdrawals are subject to xoso66's internal compliance review, which may extend processing time in cases where additional verification is required.

xoso66 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may include requesting additional documentation, verifying the source of funds, or temporarily placing a hold on the transaction pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold and the expected resolution timeline.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

xoso66 offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to Real Money Funds or withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is typically MYR 250 to MYR 500. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Slots generally contribute 100% toward meeting wagering requirements. Table games (including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette) typically contribute 10% to 20%. Virtual sports and live sports betting may contribute at varying rates as specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the period stated in their specific terms — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Any unconverted bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in an Account at any given time. Depositing while a previous bonus is active does not entitle a Player to a new bonus unless expressly stated in the current promotion.
• Abuse and Collusion: xoso66 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close an account where abuse of promotional terms, bonus hunting, collusion, or systematic exploitation of offers is identified.

xoso66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modified promotional terms.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers, and other gaming activities on xoso66 are subject to the product-specific rules displayed within the relevant section of the platform. The following general principles apply across all products:

• All bets placed and confirmed by the system constitute a binding wager. Once a bet is accepted and confirmation is received by the Player, it cannot be cancelled except as expressly provided in the specific product rules.
• xoso66 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds or prices that were published in error. Players will be notified, and the wager amount will be returned to their Account Balance.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error that results in a bet being incorrectly accepted or settled, xoso66 will investigate the matter and, at its sole discretion, void or re-settle the relevant bet.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per sport, or per game type. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and are subject to change.
• xoso66 does not accept liability for bets placed by Players who are simultaneously self-excluded from the platform or who are otherwise ineligible to participate.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xoso66 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with xoso66.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process proceeds of crime in any form.
• Operating or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Creating or using multiple accounts, whether personally or through the use of third-party accounts, to circumvent account limits or promotional eligibility restrictions.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or exploits to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or platform staff to influence game outcomes or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, hacking, or unauthorised access to the platform's systems or data.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or settlement mistakes for financial gain beyond the intended payoff of a legitimately placed bet.

9 Responsible Gambling

xoso66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a core platform principle, not merely a regulatory obligation. The following tools are available to all registered Players via the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Timers: Set reminders or hard limits on your session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to 90 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the minimum period specified.

xoso66 strictly prohibits access to users under the age of 21. We recommend that players who feel their gambling may be causing harm seek support from available resources. xoso66 reserves the right to close any account where it identifies signs of problem gambling, at its sole discretion and in the interest of player protection.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, user interfaces, game titles, and proprietary materials displayed on the xoso66 platform are the exclusive property of xoso66 or its third-party licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not confer any rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, frame, deep-link, or create derivative works of any platform content without the express prior written consent of xoso66.

Any unauthorised use of xoso66 content may result in immediate termination of your Account and may expose you to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xoso66 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any services offered thereon.
• Any inaccuracy, interruption, delay, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the platform, including losses attributable to game malfunctions that have been investigated and fairly resolved.

xoso66's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the actual balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

12 Account Termination

xoso66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Suspected problem gambling or indicators of financial distress in connection with the Account's activity.

Upon closure of an Account, any Real Money Balance remaining (net of any forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC obligations and any pending compliance reviews.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closures are processed within five (5) business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

xoso66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, xoso66 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Where changes are minor or administrative, they may take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which xoso66 operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, or, where no agreement can be reached, to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact xoso66's support team in writing to seek resolution of any complaint. xoso66 is committed to handling all complaints fairly, promptly, and in good faith.
